Alumni Chapter Registration Fees

Register your Western Province Alumni Chapter for just $150. This fee includes spots for up to five attendees at our virtual summit. We recommend including key chapter leaders such as the Polemarch, Vice Polemarch, Keeper of Records, Keeper of Exchequer, and your Chapter Advisor or designated representative to ensure your chapter is well-represented.

To ensure a smooth registration process for your chapter, please gather the following information before you begin: your chapter name, type (Alumni or Undergraduate), the name and contact details of the person completing the registration, and the names and email addresses of all attendees along with their officer titles. If applicable, please also have your payment confirmation ready.

Register your Western Province Undergraduate Chapter for just $50. This fee includes four attendee spots for your chapter to participate in our virtual summit. We recommend sending your Polemarch, Vice Polemarch, Keeper of Records, Keeper of Exchequer, and/or Chapter Advisor to represent your chapter and gain valuable insights.

Essential Information for Chapter Registrations

Registration is mandatory for every Western Province Chapter. Each Alumni Chapter can register up to 5 attendees, while Undergraduate Chapters can register up to 4 attendees. If your chapter wishes to include additional attendees, please seek approval from the Western Province leadership team.

To ensure that all required officers receive the necessary event access information, we encourage chapters to register early. This will help streamline the process and guarantee that everyone is well-informed ahead of the summit.
