Please view the instructional video above for a step-by-step overview of what to expect when receiving your new province dues invoice.


Why the Change?


In alignment with the Western Province’s Dues Modernization Initiative (DMI), we have transitioned to an invoice-based payment system powered by QuickBooks Online (QBO). As part of this modernization, direct PayPal dues payments through this website are no longer accepted, effective immediately.


What This Means for You


This transformation represents more than just a change in payment method, it's a deliberate step toward enhancing:


  1. Financial Transparency – providing members and leadership with clearer, real-time tracking of payments.
  2. Cash Flow Management – ensuring timely and efficient handling of Province resources.
  3. Member Experience – delivering a seamless, professional, and standardized payment process across all chapters.


We recognize that change may create questions or adjustments. To help mitigate any potential challenges, our Exchequer Office has provided the video and supporting resources to guide you through the process.

Paying alumni chapter

Undergrad Chapter Support

Each alumni chapter is required to make an annual $50 contribution in the form of a stipend to fund undergraduate activities. Paying below includes an electronic transaction fee.

Here is a way to support undergraduate participation in the fraternity though a deductible contribution to the Western Province Achievement Foundation.


Funds are managed by the Western Province to ensure that recipient chapters meet their responsibilities; click here to review the guidelines for distribution. Amounts include an electronic transaction fee.

(for one-time amounts of $100 or greater)

Optional: After completing a one-time contribution, one may submit an email to wpachievement@gmail.com specifying a recipient chapter.

VENDORS

Complete the vendor registration form here to register as a vendor and host a table/booth at a Western Province event. A $100 fee + $4.12 processing fee, applies to each event during the Fraternal year.


Note that vendors must be licensed with Kappa Alpha Psi's vendor license program prior to registering, and must upload a copy of their license using the form.
